being a female keeper I was hesitant about the sizing, I’m 164cm 52kg and ended up getting a youth large and an adult small, I am just in between sizes, but both feel amazingly light comfy and give that extra padding in the areas needed most, super happy with both, will certainly use continue to use them for training and games.
